We want you to love your skincare routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products that do not meet your expectations. Simply ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
